Agnes Scott uses this Red Flag program to allow members of our community to confidentially report incidents of sexual discrimination, sexual harrasment and sexual violence. Gender-based misconduct is prohibited and the college strongly encourages that it be reported.
Please use this reporting form to inform the college of your concerns. Your report does not constitute a Formal Complaint or institute a Formal Grievance Process. You will learn of those options after submitting this report.
Once you report the incident, the Agnes Scott Title IX Coordinators will be notified and have access to this report. The college will first conduct an Initial Assessment to determine if the incident falls under Title IX. You will be contacted to discuss your concern in-person (or virtually) and the policies and processes will be explained to you.
THE LOGIN OPTION BELOW IS ONLY FOR RETURNING REPORTERS WHO WISH TO ACCESS THE INCIDENT with the credentials sent to them after reporting.
You may access the Agnes Scott College Title IX Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy with Procedures by searching "Title IX" on the Agnes Scott College website. If this is an emergency, call 911 BEFORE submitting a report.
